Civil Expert lecture report
Department of Civil Engineering had organized one day Expert lecture on “How to Align yourself as per the industry standards and needs” for third year students on 19th April 2023, Head of the department delivered the welcome speech, session was attended by 65 students from the department along with 5 faculty members.
Speaker elaborated the methods to set clear organizational goals, align it for a start-up and communicate goals on every level and help employees achieve their goals.
Session was useful for the students and made them to align for the future. HOD, civil engineering felicitated the guest.
