I thank my professors for their constant encouragement and support. During my B.E they challenged and pushed me to be better and creative in my projects because of which I now have enough confidence to tackle any problem. The study abroad programme also provided many opportunities for me to pursue a semester abroad in France, they arranged many technical workshops and helped me prepare for my interviews and all of this has helped me secure good job.

It gives me pride to share that I completed my B.E from NHCE. The relationship between faculty members and students is that of a Guru and Shishya, which makes the whole process of learning unique and gratifying. The four years spent here have helped me to grow better professionally & personally in every sphere of life.

My student life at New Horizon College of Engineering is one of the best times in my life and had its ups and downs. But overall I feel that studying at NHCE was a great learning experience every day that has helped me tackle professional problems with ease. The training and placement department of NHCE which has placed a number of students also laid a platform for me to get secure my dream job. I'm thankful for this opportunity for helping me through the process.

My life at NHCE made me stronger and took me a step ahead for being an independent woman. I am thankful to all the teachers who supported us and corrected us throughout our bachelors. I loved the infrastructure of NHCE. The events that I took part helped me to grow my confidence level.

No doubt I made the best choice of my career; NHCE is one among those unique institutions which helps students in not only building their career but also enhances distinctive competencies and skill sets that help students grow their talents in an exponential pace. Having said that the amazing and highly qualified faculty helps students in getting in-depth knowledge about all the subjects that are most needed to become a key person in a dynamic corporate scenario

I am Anuradha T. I belonged to 2011-2015 batch of Civil engg dept. We were the third batch of the Civil dept. The college has one of the finest infrastructure and facilities. It also provides a lot of exposure for extracurricular activities. Sargam, the state level inter college fest is the best amongst all fests across Bangalore. The college provides good placement opportunities to deserving candidates and I was placed in one of the top companies through campus recruitment. At present I’m working as a trainee engineer at HM CONSTRUCTIONS, one of Bangalore's leading real estate developers. The training and assistance provided by the teachers of civil dept. throughout my college days has helped me to understand the stream well and has given me confidence in facing the challenges that may come my way.

New Horizon  College of Engineering is a great institution. The staff and instructors are always helpful. Their strong academic curriculum, and a variety of student resources create an excellent learning environment for me to gain practical skills and most importantly, confidence in the workplace! The department has a good infrastructure. All the laboratories are well equipped. Civil Engineering program gave me a diverse range of skills in surveying, municipal design, drafting, soil mechanics and in many other programs. The atmosphere is great in the college. I have loved my time in College. I have made friends that I will have forever. At present I am working in Skanda Creations, one of the good construction companies in Bangalore.

I can positively say New Horizon College of engineering has made me a better person. It has helped me to develop a positive attitude towards my studies  and discover more about myself. Teachers are very caring and interested in students educational and interactive fields. The department of civil engineering has always helped me to achieve good scores as well as in developing skills which is helpful in my career. The placement cell has provided us with the best opportunities in the industry and the placement training program enhanced the overall development of personality and technical skills.

I have always felt that I was so lucky to be a student of NEW HORIZON COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING and not at any other colleges. The thing I admire the most about NHCE is the support I received from everyone at the college. I wouldn't have been able to achieve what I have achieved without the caring environment. Teachers here work closely with their students, which allow them to really understand the strengths and difficulties of each individual. This means you get more support and encouragement in the areas that really matter. I can positively say it has made me a better person. It has helped me develop a positive attitude towards my studies and discover more about myself. Teachers are very caring and interested in student’s well-being. They make sure every class is fun, educational and interactive.

The activities at NEW HORIZON COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING helped me a lot with my communication skills, as well as overcoming my shyness. The teachers were always supportive, which allowed me to secure a spot at the University of my Choice. My teachers and the friends I have made at the college have been so supportive that my fear of missing home just disappeared. I spent three years studying at College and this was an absolutely unforgettable period in my life My overall experience with NHCE is very positive. My college experience is structured in a way that it gave me more freedom and control over what I have to do. It is great that being challenged by NHCE’s commitment to knowledge through critical thinking and creative inquiry, I will no doubt set and strive for new and higher goals than those of today.

New Horizon is one of the best engineering college in south Bangalore. It has the vast campus, clean with good greenery all around. Campus has the good infrastructure and best facility. If I have to speak about my department it is the place with very friendly and enthusiastic environments. Teachers with the right skills in there specialization improve the overall performance of the department. Teachers are very friendly and very interactive and can be approached easily. Placement department of the college was very good in all aspects. Placement department was working really hard to get the student placed. In the final year they were continually in touch with the students for the assistance. With the continuous effort of them they placed the most eligible candidates from the department. I am working in “FAMOUS CONSTRUCTION" as a assistant contractor in Bidar. The skill with I develop in the course of period in NEW HORIZON was very much helpful in the organization to tackle the issues.

Thanks NHCE for providing me such good opportunity to learn here and for developing my career, it has made my attitude more positive. There are lots of happy moments and memories associated with this institution. All the facilities provided here are very helpful and supportive. I remember the advice and guidance given by principal Dr.Manjunatha sir on the first day of engineering "keep a positive attitude, 70% of talent and 100% of attitude make u a good engineer but 100% talent and no positive attitude may end up you anywhere". The faculties taught me how to become a good engineer, good person and also taught me the lessons of ethics and morality.

It's difficult to sum up the memories and experience of four years in few lines. I consider myself very lucky for being a part of NHCE. There is something motivational and special in this environment which made us study and enjoy co-curricular activities. All the professors are very helpful and they guided us all the time. Different events and sessions arranged in college which has boosted my confidence to a great extent which I can experience at my workplace now. Participating and organizing events of festivals and sports gave me a different enjoyable experience. These four years have given me friends for life. It has been an unforgettable journey. I had spent my wonderful days of life in NHCE.

Year of Passing: 2017 Right from the word go, the day I stepped in NHCE, I was in the awe of the infrastructure the college had to offer to its students, but more than that what really amazed me was the effort put in by the management to groom its students to be at par with the professional and corporate needs. Today in the corporate world I find myself at home in most of the circumstances, and that has a lot to do with the rigorous training given to me during my entire tenure at NHCE. Needless to say, NHCE provided the perfect platform for technical skill development as well as for personality development. The classes, labs, libraries are of superb quality and have everything that one needs to gain in-depth knowledge in one’s field of interest. I thank NHCE for instilling in me the competitive skills and for teaching me how to be passionate and competent in every endeavor. I am proud to be a student of NHCE.

When I first started at NHCE, I was unsure about my future and anxious about the different challenges I was heading forward to face. In my 4 years of journey at NHCE in civil department, here I had the greatest time and made some of the best friends a person could have. All of the teachers were AMAZING!!!!
