Report of Technical Training for Final Year Students
As development professionals, it’s also an important part of our responsibilities, and the basis for any effective Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Sharing system to train our students and build them industry ready. Without a solid process for training, we often put it off. Understanding the objectives, selecting the right methods to collect data for technical training, analysing that data, planning, drafting, editing, and, ultimately, persuading … and so many steps where things can go off-track.
Motivational sessions by Passed out Seniors
The passed out students of the academic year 2019 were requested to draw closer and motivate the upcoming final year students in terms of their technical and professional knowledge. They shared their own experiences of interview sessions, types of technical questions expected by the industry interviewers etc with them.
